From QuickBooks Online: customer records, invoices, payments, deposits and chart of accounts for one company. Access is read only.
From GoCardless: payments, payouts, mandates, subscriptions and customer records for one creditor account, using a read-only API token.
The application does not access card numbers, bank credentials or authentication details of any kind, because neither system exposes them to it.
OAuth authorisation tokens and the QuickBooks company identifier, encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being written to storage, with the encryption key held separately. A log of reconciliation activity for audit purposes. No accounting data is retained beyond what is required to produce a report.
On Cloudflare Workers. Data is transmitted over TLS at all times.
Nobody. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train any model. There are no analytics or tracking technologies in the application.
The business owner and the appointed accountant. Access is controlled by credentials held by those individuals.
Authorisation tokens are deleted on disconnection. Audit records are retained for seven years in line with UK accounting record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Requests should be sent to the contact address below.
